  VISA Documents

Following documents should be submitted to get the study permit:
  1. Application for a Study Permit (IMM 1294)

  2. Use of Representative Form (IMM 5476), if applicable

  3. Proof of acceptance
    • Acceptance letter from the educational institution to show:
    • the name of the institution;
    • confirmation of your acceptance and/or registration as a student;
    • The course of study;
    • The duration of the academic program; and
    • The latest date you may register.
    • The level of study; and
    • The duration of the course.

  4. Proof of identity
    • A valid passport at least 6 months valid

    • Six photos of you and your accompanying family members.

    • Marriage certificate of spouse accompanying, birth certificate if child accompanying.

  5. Proof of financial support
    • Evidence that you can support yourself and accompanying family members while you Study in Canada. The total should amount cover tuition fees + living expenses + travel expenses for one academic year. Education loan are accepted.

    • Income source of sponsor

    • Letter from sponsor

  6. Proof of payment of tuition fees

  7. English Proficiency Test – IELTS

  8. Previous education mark sheets and certificates

  9. Work experience certificate if applicable.
