The Hospitality Training Association Inc. (HTA) is one of Australia’s most respected and successful hospitality training providers and has assisted thousands of young people to establish careers in hospitality and tourism. HTA provides nationally and internationally recognized training in all areas of tourism and hospitality. Today, HTA has earned the respect of the Australian Government, the hospitality industry and other industry bodies through its professionalism and dedication to recruitment, employment and training. It offers certificate and diploma level courses in commercial cookery, hospitality management, event management, tourism and patisserie with on the job paid work experience for its students. Situated close to the city center in Fortitude Valley (Brisbane). HTA’s training facilities include three commercial kitchen, two restaurants, cocktail/lounge bar, and multimedia equipped training rooms. HTA has articulation arrangements with number of Australian Universities including James Cook University, The University of Queensland, and Griffith University, Australian Catholic University and University of Southern Queensland as well as some leading universities in Europe, Asia and the United Kingdom.
